M.tuberculosis of human Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, which has a serious impact on human health. How to accurately and quickly determine pulmonary tuberculosis has always been one of the difficult problems in clinical practice. At present, the diagnosis of tuberculosis in China is mainly through clinical symptoms, imaging diagnosis and laboratory examination. However, the clinical symptoms of most tuberculosis patients are not obvious. Surveys have shown that about 20% of active tuberculosis patients have no obvious symptoms or only mild symptoms, which is difficult to effectively identify with other lung diseases. At the same time, the sensitivity of acid-fast staining method in laboratory examination is limited, and the ability to identify tuberculosis and non-tuberculosis mycobacteria is poor, which is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.

The common tuberculosis antibody detection methods in clinic are mainly divided into ELISA method, immunochromatography method and immunocolloid chromatography method, and the difference is mainly the selection of antigen and epitope.
The human Mycobacterium tuberculosis M.tuberculosis active raw material provided by Shengyuan Biology is suitable for immunochromatographic detection method. The raw material information is as follows:
| Product Name | Item | Usage |
| ESTA6-CFP10 Fusion Peptide | RP425 | Immunochromatographic Labeling |
| 38kD-16kD Fusion Peptide | RP426 | Immunochromatographic Labeling |
| ESTA6-CFP10-Rv3425 fusion peptide | RP427 | immunochromatographic labeling |
| human positive control | R111 | control |
| mouse anti-human IgG | M2015 | immunochromatographic coating |
| mouse anti-human IgM | M2035 | immunochromatographic coating |
The active raw materials we provide have high sensitivity, in particular, the detection of IgM antibody has obvious advantages, the overall performance is better.
