DNP antigen antibody independent quality control line
DNP(Dinitrophenol) dinitrophenol, alias 2,4-dinitrophenol, is a small molecule with a molecular weight of 184.11, which will not be produced in human metabolism and will not produce non-specific reaction with interfering substances in samples, the DNP molecule cross-linked with BSA and anti-DNP antibody can be used as an independent quality control system in immunochromatography, which can significantly improve the specificity of C- line. Among them, M321 monoclonal antibody is far superior to ordinary DNP monoclonal antibody and multi-antibody in specificity and potency.

chicken IgY antigen antibody independent quality control line
IgY is commonly found in birds, reptiles and amphibians, it is functionally equivalent to mammalian IgG, but many of its biological properties remain undiscovered. IgY is mainly found in blood and egg yolk. IgY and IgG have similar functions and concentrations in serum, but their molecular structures are different. IgY does not activate the complement system of mammals and does not bind to rheumatoid factor or Fc receptor, avoiding interference with immunoassay results and affecting the stability of C- line.
